Access Registered Disability Savings Plan
The Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), introduced in 2007, is a powerful way for eligible people with disabilities to save for their long-term financial security. It also enables people receiving social assistance to protect assets and income. Through a new partnership with Plan Institute and the BC Aboriginal Network on Disability Society (BCANDS), we can:
- Help people who are eligible for the RDSP to apply for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC), a pre-requisite for the RDSP.
- Connect individuals who have the DTC to Plan Institute or BCANDS who will help people open an RDSP.

Credit Counselling Society
The Credit Counselling Society (CCS) is a non-profit, charitable organization that was established in 1996 to help people find solutions to their debt problems and learn to manage their money and credit better. We serve Canadians in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario in person, over the phone and online. We have offices in each province and are available to the public 6 days a week.
CCS’s mission is “We Help, We Educate, We Give Hope” and our services are available to anyone who would like our assistance regardless of income level, gender, age, race or socio-economic status. Our mandate is to educate Canadians in personal money management and the wise use of credit, and to help individuals and families find solutions to their financial challenges through objective counselling and debt repayment solutions.

Lifeshine Counselling - Chris Bader
Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. At some points, we can all experience difficult times and need help and support to guide us through. I believe in each person’s ability to learn and grow from these difficult obstacles in life; A process that can ultimately make way for a renewed life of peace, hope, and joy.
The goal of counselling is to help identify and clarify difficult or uncomfortable situations in life, while working together and learning new tools towards a more peaceful resolution; to help understand yourself better, including your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Having the right confidential, caring, non-judgemental person to share your stories with is the first step to living the life you wish to live.more info
