Community Based Victim Services
• Provides practical and emotional support that assists victims of family/sexual violence including men, women and children (with or without police involvement).
• Criminal Court orientation and accompaniment.
• Safety planning and critical incident response.
• Education and public awareness.

Transition House
24 hour access to food, shelter and clothing for women with or without children who are fleeing an abusive situation. This abuse can be a partner, landlord, family member or stranger. No referral restrictions. Clients can be self-referred, agency referred, family referred, etc… Each case is assessed for suitability by trained staff.
• Non-judgemental support and referral in a confidential setting for resident and non -resident clients.
• 24 hour crisis line.
• Transportation can be arranged to Transition House if necessary.
• Facilities are wheelchair accessible and has a separate space for seniors.
• Communal living situation with shared kitchen and common areas.
• Access to free clothing, household items, toys, blankets, baby items etc…for resident and non-resident clients.
